Musical about St. Louis in 1903. Just before the opening of the St. Louis World's Fair, the entire Smith family is crushed to learn that Father has accepted a transfer to New York City. The five children do not want to leave their friends, or, most of all, miss the fair.

"When bored Palm Beach rich girl Mary Smith convinces her housemaids to take her along on a triple blind date, she never expects to meet the cowpoke of her dreams. When she convinces him she's a struggling house servant, the unlikely couple fall head-over-spurs and hastily marry aboard a ship to Galveston. But rodeo life doesn't suit a lady and when Mary returns home, her new husband finds a shock waiting for him--and a host of in-the-dark in-laws...
